Organization

Ryan’s Run is a great development located in Johnson County, Kansas within the City of Overland Park.  We hope to keep it a great place for all our residents.  The Ryan’s Run Homes Association is a non-profit Kansas Corporation, whose sole purpose is to preserve the Association’s Covenants and Restrictions.  If you own property in Ryan’s Run, you are automatically a member, whether you choose to participate or not.  There is no charge for membership, however, there is an annual assessment of $50/year/homeowner.

Association Committees

The three permanent committees of the Association are tasked with developing and maintaining good neighborhood relationships through social and caring endeavors and assuring that properties are maintained and improved with respect to the covenants of our Association.

This committee reviews and approves or disapproves all applications for the erection or alteration of buildings, fences and other structures for compliance with the architectural standards for our neighborhood.

This committee works with the Board to plan the annual meeting and gathering. They also initiate neighborhood support during times of celebration, loss or crisis. The Public Relations Committee publishes the newsletter prior to the Association’s annual meeting and the annual social gathering.

This committee serves to review any concerns relating to our association’s restrictive covenants and make recommendations to the Board for any action to be taken.
